1. Valve Feathering
- Unlike the instant on and off action of electric solenoids the electric hoist control slowly feathers the valve open and closed when activated. This stops jerking and sudden stops. This reduces pump wear and can avert damage to the hoist components when lowering a loaded box.
2. Infinite Valve Adjustment
- At any time actuator travel can be programmed to fully or partially open valve in either direction. This feature can be used to control the speed the box lowers.
3. Wireless Remote Operation
- Comes pre-wired to work with the Agremote Wireless Remote Control Receiver/Transmitter. Hoist can then be operated from more than 150 feet away with handheld transmitter.
4. Two Manual Switches
- Allows operator to lift and lower hoist from inside the cab with a pre-wired electric switch. Switch is also available as an option for back of truck box.
5. Built To Last
- All components are designed to perform in harsh environments associated with grain truck operation. We use powerful industrial drive motors and electronics are mounted in heavy-duty weather proof enclosures.
6. Easy To Install
- Actuator bolts on to existing bracket used to hold push/pull cable. System is pre wired to operate with both in cab switch, rear truck switch and remote control. Just plug it in and its ready to give you years of reliable service.
7. Proven Design
- The hoist control system has been tried and proven for several years by our existing customers. You can look forward to many years of reliable, uninterrupted service as well.
8. System Comes Complete (each unit includes)
- One electric actuator drive
- Bolt on drive mounting bracket. Mounts drive directly to existing brackets. No welding required.
- In-cab controller. Contains manual switch and programming buttons to set actuator travel
- Cable to connect in-cab controller to receiver and manual switch located at back of box.
